FAMILY SESSION FEE & PRICING

Here you will find pretty much everything you need to know about how we run our Family Sessions.
| DEPOSIT | $100 deposit is due to hold date before Session. Deposit of $100 will be credited back to your account if order is placed within two weeks of images being made available for viewing. Deposit must be paid via Venmo or by check on the day you book in order to secure the date. We will not hold your date unless the deposit has been paid in full. Deposit is non-refundable if session is canceled.
| CLOTHING CONSULTATION | Once we have your date selected and your Deposit has been received, we will likely find you a consultation time for you to come down to the Studio to discuss clothing or over the phone. This should take place about 30 days before your shoot and is where we look at clothing, chat about hair and makeup, and finalize our plans for the look of your shoot.
| SESSION | Time and talent of photographer - $200 for 1-hour Session. No prints are included in the Session Fee. The Session fee is due the day of consultation or day before Session. All sessions requiring travel to Buffalo and Mountain areas (depending on how far) must purchase a 2-hour session ($350).
| TURNAROUND | All images have a 30-day turnaround time until made available for viewing. Once the 30 days are up, giving us enough time to cull, edit, and finalize your images, we will send you out a link to view your photos in the privacy of your own home. This link is where you'll view your images before you come in for your ordering appointment. Once you receive your link for viewing, we ask for you to make your ordering appointment to come in and order with us.
| MINIMUM ORDER | We spend a lot of time preparing your images after your shoot. Once your shoot is finished, this is where we begin our work. Because of this time, we have a minimum ordering fee for $400. We have made it easy for you and have digital packages ready to plug into. (Order is not due until after your viewing)
| ORDERS | Intimate Portraits, LLC recommends an in-studio viewing appointment so that orders can be placed promptly and correctly. Please ensure all deciding parties are present when the viewing and ordering take place. All orders MUST be placed within two weeks of viewing your images in order to receive $100 deposit credit back to order.
